Well, today I had to go to Centrelink and renew my health care card. I always hate doing this, it feels like almost once a month, even though it's not. How lame were they? Like, we complained & said this isn't cool, she should have said, okay you're not happy, have it in the middle. But no.. "That's just the way it is & that's all I know how to say." WANG.
