I'm totally gonna listen to 'em. I'm only on song 3 atm. I'm seeing a lot of song titles I don't recognize at all. So far I gotta say Fade to Grey is an awesome song. I'd never heard it before. Talk about some kick ass beats.

Thanks for doing the survey. I'll post more after I listen to everything. :)

I'll be honest right from the start. I was out of the loop Thomas wise. Yeah, I've heard Blinded Me With Science and thought it was a cool song. Never heard anything else he'd done until I listened to ILYG. That is a really beautiful song.

And I gotta say these have some hot beats to them: Pilots of Purple Twilight, Echo Beach and Don't Stop the Dance. I'd never heard any of them before tonight. They're some awesome songs though.

I can semi-relate to the Talking Heads frustration. I'd like to hear more songs by Berlin and by Erasure and for the most part I'm only getting live videos. There's nothing wrong with live videos. You can stumble across some cool stuff accidentally. I saw a cover of Gimme Gimme Gimme by Erasure and really enjoyed the cover. But I'd like to be able to hear regular songs in their regular versions, ya know? I know the complaint isn't the same but it's still a bit argh worthy.

First, you are seriously awesome for listening to all of these lol.

It's the same deal with Thomas for me. I did find a link to his greatest hits somewhere, but ILYG and Blinded were the only good ones imo. It's kind of weird how someone can have one really good song and the rest of his songs are so...meh.

Nah, I hear ya - I've had the same problem. I suspect the record label or whoever might interfere sometimes and get the regular versions taken down. *flips them the double bird*

hehe, it was a cool experience though. I'm super nerdy when it concerns music. Music is the one area I tend to branch out the most in. I like listening to the music stations on the digital cable stations...but ya know how that can be. Sometimes they play the same stuff over and over again. Doing a survey like this is a way to listen to stuff I normally wouldn't be able to hear ( ... )
