Old Job - New Job

I've been back at my "old job" for one month now.   That makes my old job the new job.  The job I left in order to return to the old job, I'd been with for six months.  I hated it; hated it with a capital "H."

Hang in there. I know how tough it can be when you're one of the... porous folk. That's my code word for being open to the emendations of others. I'm porous too.

But in some ways it's a blessing. We see things other people don't.

Oh dear. Was that expected? And does this physical relocation portend a future merger of staff or departmental responsibilities? Truly hoping that it does not...

No, there will not be a departmental merger. We are two entirely different agencies but both agencies are sub-contracted out to the same employer. There are a lot of "politics" involved. I'm just really not liking any part of it!
