the american behaviouralist, bruno bettelheim's catchphrase was 'respect the symptom'. could be that what you have been through lately has knackered you out. maybe you need to have some planned rest as well as your change of work.
maybe like you advised me about the culture shock of moving, it's too soon to expect to be all better?

and above all, don't beat yourself up about not getting better quickety quick. who knows what is going on with you, and how long you need to take. be gentle with yourself!
