I'm not doing so great. I haven't been to the gym in over a week, but I was sick for a few days and people I go with have been sick too. I am going tonight. Hoping it won't kill me too much after not going in a while. I already feel I've lost the extra energy I had after working out, but that could be a combination of many things.

Not quite 30...
But I'm down 29 pounds so far. I just lost flippin 12 of that in the last week. Probably cuz of starting to eat better, working way harder, but I also haven't eaten much since sunday night because I was hella sick. No vommitting thank the matrix, but all I could eat was crackers and drank a ton of OJ. Ugh I hate vommitting. Just that feeling of ( Read more... ) -

I miss this girl way to much. She's sick and sounded scary bad on the phone last night. I hope she feels better soon.

Changes
No more soda. No more greasy burgers. Eat healthy whenever possible. Water only. Gym at least 3 times a week. These are my decrees for myself. I must start living, instead of existing.

I don't even know what to write in here. Life is going wonderful and terribly concurrently. I wish things were easier. But I always make it through.
I need to start eating less and healthier. I'm not backing down on this this time. I've tried a few times before but I need to do better now.

Wow. What an amazing night I had. I got to see Nancy last night and it was just, incredible. I wanted the night to never end. I can't wait to see her again.
Let's see, what else is up... Well I had a great weekend. Did a lot of relaxing with Josh, Laura, Peter and Kerisa. I really needed to just chill and that's all we did. It was great. I love my ( Read more... ) -

I'm so god damn tired right now. I've been at work since 6 this morning. Busy as hell. But at least I'm out at 3.
I've realized I'm growing up. Stupid little things don't bother me as much. I've become good at looking at "the big picture" as opposed to what is just in front of me. I'm still a kid at heart, and always will be, just feel like I'm ( Read more... ) -

Life is going okay. I'm still going to the gym. I've lost 13 pounds in the last month. Hopefully I'll start losing more in a shorter time. Just have to be more careful what eat.
Josh held the best ever Halloween party at my and brians place. It was sooo much fun. I went as peter griffin. Josh was an amazing classic joker. Brian was a god damn ( Read more... )
