I HATE PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE!

So, on the 29th of July I got into an auto accident. It was my fault. The policeman was very nice and thanked me for being so honest ( Read more... )

How about this, move to Geico. Can't say their service will be better though. Though your adjuster is right, if you're heavily reliant on your car, you should've had rental insurance to cover transportation issues should your car be SOL. That's your agent's fault though for not informing you of that feature.

And Progressive isn't fixing your vehicle, a third party is which is monitored through Progressive. Its not their fault that the car has more issues than expected thus taking longer. Seriously, what do you want them to -do-, considering your car is that jacked. The only fault I see is they should have been more observant, and up front that your car may take longer to fix than normal. Even then, I would expect you'd still be upset and blame Progressive.

Oh, and as a Progressive employee (medical division, which you are not dealing with current), I'll pretend I didn't hear you intend to kill co-workers because of your bad experience with one.

I don't intend to kill anyone, ever. I said it was a 'fantasy.'

Yes, it's the Collision Centers of Pasco that was trying to repair it. It's now being repaired at a Honda dealership. They know what they are doing. It is Progressive's fault for sending my vehicle to such incompentents, and for seeing nothing wrong with the repairs taking a month.

Still, I don't think you'd like seeing me say how I want to kill your co-workers, fantasy or not.

I'm not going to say your situation isn't jacked up, because it is. The honda dealership is being very lousy in fixing your vehicle, but to blame Progressive for it isn't very fair. Sure, your adjuster could be a bit more compassionate, but from the way you're already responding, I doubt that'd help your attitude towards the company.

It is Progressive's fault for sending my vehicle to such incompentents, and for seeing nothing wrong with the repairs taking a month.

So you're blaming Progressive for the bad service and inactions of a third party, and claiming how Progressive 'feels' about it. Sure...that's very fair.

Simply put, you got screwed up by a bad situation, caused by a multiple of factors (your being at fault, needing the car fixed by Honda, whom found more wrong with it than not, and a non-compassionate adjuster). But of course, in the eyes of society, its always the evil insurance company's fault.

No, Honda has had my car for less than a week. Collision Centers of Pasco had it for 2.5 weeks. Honda is doing OK so far.

You don't know how nice I've been with the adjuster.
