*Del is out and about today! A list in one hand, her whiteboard tucked snuggly under her arm, communicator stuffed into her pocket, and a half-hearted wish for a car accompanying her.*

[Black Jack is out and about after checking up on that Gouka kid. He really got himself into a mess, but it doesn't seem to be anything new for the young man.

It's been a while since he's taken a nice walk anyway. He needs to get some fresh air and clear his head. Staying around those Shades for too long seems to sap the life out of you.

He spots Del and barely raises an eyebrow at her whiteboard, but doesn't say anything as their paths get closer.]

Be thankful you came right after something big. There probably won't be anything going on for a while, at least.

I am, I think. This way whenever the next big thing happens, I'll have had time to *A pause* I'm not sure if prepare is the right word, but I'll go with that for now.

*There's a briefly pained look on her face before she shrugs in agreement.*

It's hard to prepare for things when you have no idea what they might be, but you can at least brace yourself mentally.

Pleasure. I may not look it, but I'm a doctor, so give me a call if you have any emergencies. The things in charge of the hospital don't exactly send out ambulances.

*A nod, and the wryness fades into an actual faint smile.* The few I've met so far seem to be nice. I guess in a place like this you have to stick together.

*She nods after a minute.* I don't really get up to much that would need a professional, but I'll remember. *A brief glance away* I stopped a lot of things after the accident.

[Steps as if to go on his way] I won't keep you from whatever it is you were doing. Til some other time.
