There is also beyong_lj which is a compilation of people's new accounts on different sites. So if they changed their names, then you can find out.

Worth pointing out that yesterday IJ upped the limit on free patient accounts from 100 friends to 250.

I found the easiest way is to take and paste your friends list into notepad, replace all of the commas with " < br > friend add " . You will have to put friend add in front of the very first name. Then take and open like you were going to post to your LJ and use the HTML function, then switch it back to Rich Text and it should all be on different lines. Copy and paste to the admin console of your choice.
