Hi, everybody!

I know I owe a million things to a million people, but let's put all of that aside just for a moment, shall we? Let's talk about some (unconventional) leading men instead.

We're watching Victoria and just got to the first episode. I don't know about Brilliant Husband, but I'm watching for Rufus Sewell. He has indeed aged well!

Mmmmm, Rufus Sewell! Seth Starkadder has much to answer for!

Also, hey you! What's shaking?

Much is shaking! I have to do a personal post soon. We're all well. Daughter left gymnastics for diving-and now softball. Brilliant Husband keeps on keeping on. And I've taken on some more administrative responsibilities at work, about which I have somewhat mixed feelings.

Oh, and despite being an introvert who hates the phone, I've been calling my senators and my rep repeatedly and even going to a couple of rallies and marches lately! I ask myself, "Well? How did I get here?" I used to write and make occasional calls to elected officials, but everything suddenly became more urgent.

On the whole, life is good for us (but I'm worried about others).

Wow, that is a lot to be shaking all at once! Daughter sounds marvelously energetic and motivated, which is nice to admire (given that I don't have to drive her anywhere). Are the administrative responsibilities at work at least in service to something you believe in ( ... )
