I have once again decided not to do Yuletide this year. I think it's more important I stay focused on my life right now rather than trying to force fanfic. I also am going to have to pas on pouring a lot of energy into Hogswatch - which isn't to say I won't try to enjoy it this year. Last year I was so wrapped up in my misery that I forgot to care

Well, perhaps if you're a very good IB and don't go on any kill-crazy rampages through the Dinosaur Gallery after one too many Tarquins asks "is that a T-Rex" when pointing at a stegosaur, then the Hogfather may just grant this wish.

This is a really good idea; I think I'm going to do it, too. And encourage the folks on my friendslist to play also. I think sending presents will make me feel better this year.

I am a hat fiend and hat shop a lot and know what you look like, so if I see a hat that suits you all I need to figure out now is how to translate the sizes - I'm sure I can find a converter online - and also hope you don't mind a hat showing up from New York in March instead of December, because that's the soonest I'll probably be able to afford it.

But I love giving people hats and have very few friends who value them!
