Comics to get rid of

Iiiiit's time for me to clear some space in that small part of my tiny flat that is dedicated to storing comics. I usually let these go for about £1 a comic, but this time I'm eating myself up with guilt because I never have the time or money to help out with things like livelongnmarry, so this time I'm just going to ask for donations to Oxfam or Doctors without ( Read more... )

Last time I had a load (aquired through scavenging a long time ago when I worked in halls) I took them to the notting hill exchange if it still exists. I got £20 for them. You could do that & give the money to charity.
For a book depository charity shop I suggest the one by the train station in highgate (there are two, but one does lots of books).I always pick up really cool sh't in there.
If you really wanted to do something good with them, you could pop them into great ormond street, or any local charity helping disadvantaged kids (specially boys), so someone who would really value them gets to read them.
