I'm engaged! We went to Mackinaw City for the weekend and he proposed on the beach. He got down on one knee and everything.

I'm drained. I don't want to look at my story for a while. I'll come back to it in May to start re-writing. It's worth saving.

This month I'll be reading lots of good romance novels so I work on crap like pacing and tone. And also find some other euphemisms for orgasms and assorted naughty body parts.

So I'm at the halfway point (roundabouts). NaNoWriMo  has been an interesting endeavor. Just writing means you take the chance that some of it will be terrible and boy am I running with that.
