i'm always a little wary of AUs, because most writers can't keep their personalities right, but you did an excellent job. if naruto ever has an AU with its characters, i hope its like yours. the way you show emotions, and detail is amazing.

can't wait to see more :D

You had me at Tobi's full first name being Tobias, omg the love.
A lot of the situations like Deidara watching Golden Girls, having a slobbery dog or the very presence of Ino was something I had to quickly wrap my brain around, but I'd follow your Dei/Tobi fics to the ends of the earth no matter what.
I can't wait for the next installment!
(Great vocab and diction too, by the way). (Oh my gosh, is Tobi a stalker? \^o^/)

The parenthetical bits were a bit distracting and would have worked as footnotes, but were overall hilarious. xD

asldfj I've noticed I have a major problem with parenthesis. =_= I'll try not to include so many in the second chapter, because they really are rather distracting. O.o
