New look, New Profile

So, the inkscribe LJ has a new look. Why might that be, you may ask? This account is now Basic. Basic accounts have minimal user pics and no adverts. No adverts mean no clickthroughs. No clickthroughs means, sorry, LJ, no aggregate earnings from readers tempted by those pithy statements of consumerism

I should do the same, I think, but 6 icons aren't that much... Hmm, so I have to sort out a few...

Edit: Just deleted some of my icons *still weeping* and changed to a basic account.

I can't take responsbility for the idea, and for privacy reasons I won't name names as to those who suggested it, but I felt it was an excellent idea, so there you go. :-)

I'll have to sort mine out, too. :-( But, it's either that or go elsewhere, and I'm not quite ready to do that. I'm reserving judgement.

I'm not planning to leave. It's just that given the complete lack of logic used in the recent purge, let's say my trust-factor is currently at about zero. So if it's gone someday? Not because I deleted it!

Writing is continuing to be worked on. More again soon. :-)
