For the past three weeks I've been receiving an organic veg box delivery at the office from Riverford. I used to get deliveries from them before I moved aboard the boat and thought I'd trial run having them come to the office. So far it's worked out really well but I can foresee problems if I ever have plans to go out straight from the office

Heya, the carrot top tabboleh is really good and makes you feel virtuous for not wasting good tops. I've just updated the cat stuff in a locked post. Not much of an update though really.

Love Bright Lights chard - I don't grow it, though --- just happily consume it sauteed in garlic and oil!

A cousin of mine in Italy uses it as a pastry filling; must get that recipe.

I'm embarrassed to say that I didn't know carrot tops were edible. Next time, I'll try that recipe--it looks great!
