There will be no pinching of anyone not wearing green. That tradition is merely set out to cause trouble. If one more Ravenclaw is pinched, the person having done the pinching will receive a detention.

Please forgive my somewhat untimely absence these past few days. I left Hogwarts to attend my mother's funeral. However, I have returned and now expect things to go as planned, so please don't fear that one of your Seventh Year Prefects has disappeared completely.
