I had my interview for the trainer/curriculum developer job this morning. It went better than I even expected, was actually enjoyable. I have no concrete expectations about getting the job really, but I did enjoy the actual process: being asked questions, having the opportunity to say how I took the philosophy of the job, etc. My interview
