*grin* This was fabulous; I loved the idea of skipping pages and you pulled it off very well. Pete is the best Lord I've ever heard of, I think, and Patrick having lived in India was perfect. Really well done! ♥ *adds to mems*

It really WOULD have been epic had I not done the jumps! Jesus, Wentz, stop being so charming in my head!

Oh my. This was. I HAVE NO WORDS OKAY?! This was just that good. The characterization, the story, all of it was perfect. It read like the most delicious of romance novels and this is my favorite of the fics to come out of this challenge, I think. I wish I could be more coherent but you've just wowed the words out of me! EEEEE! SO GOOD!

Oh! *blushes* There were a TON of good fics in this challenge, so that means a lot! Thank you! It was a little over the top, but I like "delicious" as a better description!

Lord Wentz! Lord Stumph! Romance cliches ftw! ♥ you a million. I love your take on the prompt and Gabe was the perfect dastard villian.

Gabe is a charming bastard! I was tempted to give him a big black cape! And Pete would have been a TERROR, all landed and monied and PETE.

Thank you!
