I am truly sorry. You must be in excruciating pain. Please forgive my earlier cheeky comment. For you to be so nice to us all is a true showing of your character. I myself was quite nasty... with 2 impacted wisdom teeth. I waited 6 months for 1, and 7 months for the other one to get removed. I was a chicken. I had a different dentist then and different insurance also. The dentist that removed my teeth said after yanking on them for 30 minutes that he should have sent me to an Oral Surgeon. Never a good sign. He sent me home, on the bus, with blood all over my face. He would not give me anything to wash my face off with. I did not drive at that time. The butcher dentist removed 2 of my 4 wisdom teeth. He also filled a couple of my teeth as well. My dentist now is much better. I am fortunate to have him...and my insurance. At least you are able to get it taken care of. Feel better soon. 93. P.
Sympathy, empathy, energy, and Reiki, coming at you. Having had more than my share of dental hell, and more to come, I really can understand. Good job that you are getting it taken care of.
Oy. I feel ya. I had 5 years of no insurance. Jonathan had a bit longer since he refused to go near an Army dentist after the last bad experience. And I thought he had a lot of work to be done!
Reiki going your way. Hang in there! I'm glad you are getting this done.
Bonus to this is that your wisdom teeth are going to be pulled, not cut out. Getting them cut out sucks like a Hoover.
Word to the wise: Diet sodas (which at last we talked I think you drank a lot of?) are terrible for your teeth. My da thought they would be fine since they have no sugar, but they completely destroyed a good number of his teeth a while back. He had to have some major work done, and the dentist blamed it on the amount of Diet Coke he drinks.
I just got my first filling ever a few weeks back, so I have much sympathy. Mine was only a surface cavity, though, so it really didn't hurt much at all.
I know that all of this is going to cost a super mega assload of money, so I'm sending you positive financial thoughts. &hearts

Now with the super-insurance I'm on, it actually won't cost that month, but will definitely be a payment plan thing.
Oy! Mouth pain badness.
