How neglectful of me. I'm afraid I did not have time on the day to actually congratulate anyone on their promotions.
My sincerest congratulations to Kira-kun, Abarai-kun, Hisagi-kun and Madarame-kun. Perhaps next time, Muguruma.
Oh, and do enjoy the office, Abarai-kun. I'm sure you'll find it as pleasing as I did.

What interesting reading. I'm afraid that I had not seen that article in quite awhile, though what memories it dredges up. How novel that someone should find it, and as much as I would like to accept credit for such acts, I do not take credit where credit is due.
