As badly as it sounds, if she doesn't pay you, maybe you should wipe the faces away and send them back to her. Of course that is erasing your hard work and creates more work for you, as well as shipping costs on your end too to send them back. *slumps* I'm terrible at this sort of thing too.
But if it's been a month and still no answer, and she hounded you so much about finishing them, it's surprising that she's not hounding you to send them back to her. (Probably because she's aware she hasn't paid.) Maybe send her another email/note and tell her that while you really want too send them back to her, you can't until you receive payment for your work on them. And also explain to her that you will be moving and would rather not have to keep up with her heads through all that. Also, mention that if she can't pay you now, you'd really like to at least have a timeframe as to WHEN she will be able to, that way you're not up in the air like you are now.
I won't accept anything ^_^! All I want is for you to enjoy Avec's face-up and (of course) let everyone know who did it!!! Thanks for the advice, I'll try to lay down the law as best ass possible!
I say this, email her and tell her, "Look, I've been waiting around for payment from you and now that the heads are complete, I'd like payment please." Also add in there somewhere, "I'll be moving soon and if I don't receive payment, I'll have to toss out your heads. I know that sounds harsh, but I really can't keep them around any longer. Have a good day."
You need to be verrry stern with these people. Of course you're threatening her at this point but sometimes a little push like that gets the idea across.
Also, what do you want to do about the shoes? Did you get my message/comment?
I got your first message saying that they were there and I sent you a message with my address so that you could estimate shipping. I'm ready to pay when you want me to, just let me know!
