I've the day off today and I'm driving a Cane Corso partway to a new foster placement.

It seems like Ohio has more than its share of poor owners for these dogs. There's another one needing transport, but he has to wait and get healthy as he was used as a bait dog and is in such poor condition, the vet won't allow him to travel.

What might happen if, instead of culling or restricting a breed such as American Pit Bull Terriers, they required specific, demonstrated obedience skills?

It may help to give lawmakers an alternative like that when fighting breed-specific legislation.
