A New Game, for my own amusement

I've decided to follow the lead of a friend and start a new private game. It involves picking a word, a fascinating, uncommon, baffling word, and then attempting ot use that word in sentences (in context, fitting the situation) over the course of a week. A perfect usage in the right context scores a full point, a semi-success scores half a point.

Actually, I'm not sure if levels of past performances can be "unclear, fuzzy, misty".
Would be more suitable to say "the future of English cricket remains nebulous".
