Well, that's because I was coming down with, like, bronchitis or something, so I sounded like an 80 year old woman who'd been smoking all her life my entire trip to Chicago. And since I kept ignoring it so I could squee and cheer and sing (especially at Wincon), I literally couldn't make noise to speak by the time I got home. This would be my normal voice. XD
