Lots of great ideas here - I love the motel stuff, that is just so very SHOW. The SPN set design and props team would be proud of those! :D

"Victor!!!! Yay!" is a very good summation of what goes through my head every single time I am reminded of his existence. It's what I thought when I read the summary for the fic. SO I FEEL YOU.

Hee, thank you so much! I can't say how much I enjoyed playing with the old school motel themes. And thank you about the animation! I'm not completely happy with it, but I do like that I attempted it on my first go. :D

Thank you!! I kind of felt after I finished this set that I was kind of required to open a seedy motel called The Blue Sunflower because I'd already made them so much marketing material. XD

Djeebus, Cherie, look at you, LOOK AT YOUR ART! What a cool set of scenes and wahey, a flashing neon sign \o/ First thought when I saw that was "MOTEL", so mission accomplished, I'd say :-p
I love that you put Victor with his back to us in the first manip, it makes for a great dynamic.

AND THEN YOU PULLED THAT TRICK with the character headers, I want to smish you for that. \o/

Yesss! I really wanted to capture that feel from the jump, so I'm really happy the banner got that across so quickly. :D

The character headers were a last minute panic addition, and I am actually really happy with how they turned out!! I'd tried to do something similar with the chapter headers before I got the notebook idea and it hadn't been working, but somehow when I threw these together in an hour it finally clicked. Anyway, I'm very happy that you liked those because I was worried they would feel half-assed.
