At last!!
I have found a book in 'Romance' that is funny as hell, touching, has more than two characters, a woman that is relatable and slightly sassy, a man that really loves his seven year old son and a seven year old son that is true to a seven year old boy, and artfully written, climactic smexy scenes. So there are a few books that to me say 'romance', as I was pondering this after the last post (and readings)... They are all ones I've read in the past, and figured 'Romance' would be like-

The Good Stuff.
Right. I've been trying books in the genre "Romances".
To be fair, perhaps I have had the misfortune to pick up all the wrong ones. Edit: Kay, I did find one, and here's the post on that book! Yays! My faith in (some) editors is restored...
