It feels like there's a lynch-mob (and not lunch mob, as I originally typed) forming for Thomassen ... ;)

I'm still a bit freaked out by Claude nearly losing it.

Oh, that rocked out loud. Wow, Claude. Intense.

I didn't expect Claude to flip out like that when they found Bennetti.

It worked, though. Nicely drawn action scene.

Great work as always.

Thanks :)

I had in mind some different stuff for the big action sequence, and then when they got there ... well, that's just how it went. I swear, I'm not even in control of this thing anymore.

Hehe! You're/it's back! It's exciting. And it's good! They saved Bennet! That makes me super happy.

Noah-

He wastes no time. As the officer's head turns, registering the intrusion, Claude unleashes a punch that knocks him backwards onto the floor.

No wonder Claude flipped out...

I'm even feeling inspired. By this, and by the fact that as I was going upstairs to go to bed today, I saw Nathan Petrelli glowering at me from one of my aunt's magazines. And then took it upon myself to read the article (in Spanish!) No mentions of Claude, though. Although there was a cute Peter picture. I can't escape from this...

I'm so pleased :) I'm happy I'm/it's back, too. Was worried for a bit, there.

Well, yeah. Although ... I also partly wonder if it's because I revisited Claude/Bennet this week (and I did so partly with this chapter in mind). Whatever else has happened between him and Bennet, they go back a long way.

I'm not sure how understanding Peter is going to be about that.

And hee! seeing Nathan in your aunt's magazines! :D Adrian Pasdar = FTH (for the hott - yeah, I've just made that up).

And no, you can't escape ... :D

I'm not sure how understanding Peter is going to be about that.- Oh, come on! Peter's understanding about everything. Except for people he loves betraying him. Oops. Well, I'm sure he'll still be understanding.

Adrian Pasdar = FTH (for the hott - yeah, I've just made that up).- Heh, yeah. I was like, "Wait! Let me see that!" when my aunt had it out, and she was like, "What, do you like him?" And I was like, "No! No! I just like the show!". Nice save, really. I think Nikki/Jessica was on the cover too but really, I can't quite recall.

Heh. Yeah, well I hope so. Our boys have bigger fish to fry, but that doesn't mean there won't be Plaude angst. But hell, I didn't even know how they were going to spring Bennet from the police station until I wrote it, so they may yet surprise me ;)

Plaude rescue team, yay! Poor Peter, having to see Claude's rage; he shouldn't fear Claude, ever.

'Obersturmführer' is a scary word I learnt when I read Schindler's list, seeing it here felt kind of like a punch in the face. Not that that's your fault, dear. ;)

No, he shouldn't. I have a slightly uncomfortable feeling about where this will leave them.

Mmm, sorry though ;-(

Thanks for reading. I think we're just down to the hardcore readership now! *laughs*

We happy few. ;)

Also, I was watching telly the other day and there was a movie where they had a flashback to WWII Amsterdam and, of course, I instantly thought about this story; and then they said that during that time pigeons were strictly forbidden, so, yeah, Claude. I think it was called Hyacinth blue girl (on top of everything).

Hee! Well, I'm a bit short of the St Crispin's Day speech yet, but ... ;) (Nah. There's no speech. I don't think there'll be time ;)

:D Thank you!

Really? I'd been thinking about bringing pigeons in (since they were used, at least in the UK), but if it would be too obvious and they'd get shot ... ?

I don't know the movie (though some googling reveals that it's based on a book) - it sounds really interesting. I should probably get it and watch/read it, in the name of research ;)
