Report on the AOL closure rumors. Looks like it'll be the 8th.
One thing about this, my AOL working friends, is that I believe this kind of closure qualifies for WARN Act protection, meaning you will be given 60 days warning, or a lump severance of 60 days. I'm not sure how insurance will apply here, but at the very least you will be offered COBRA ( Read more... ) -
