My team is being relocated from Building 40 to Building 25 over the weekend.
Things that are awesome about this:

• I get an office to myself again! (allowing me to pace and whiteboard without annoying Geoff, or feeling self-conscious)
• Shorter walk to work

My Xbox360 has started to blog recently. It seems to have quite an attitude.

Yup, I'm still here relaxing at work.

Not that I'm addicted to the internet or anything... I could go home to my laptopless apartment any time I want. I just choose not to. Really. Seriously.

In any case there are still lots of people here. Not HPC people, but others in the hallways. Apparently some project is wrapping up soon. Who knew?

I spent Friday evening with sarahrowe, graemlin, and Kevin at the Canada-America Society (CAS) Gala. The CAS is an organization of Canadian ex-patriots and Americans with Canadian interests in the Pacific Northwest. My laptop hard-drive lost its mind last week. The laptop is still under warranty via Best Buy Canada, so I gave 1-800-BEST-BUY a call and tried to explain the sit-yee-ation. Yesterday I was hungry for some TOOL. I have Lateralus on my iPod as well as a few other random tracks, but I wanted more. Specifically I wanted all of Undertow.
