Maybe you should try a bookstore. I worked at a bookstore back in Carolina and I met 2 of my girlfriends there as well as other girls I dated off and on. Girls like guys who can teach them about things they don't know or hold a solid conversation about things they have passion for. Same thing when I worked at American Eagle and I worked on the women's side helping them pick things out or just giving my honest opinion. Working retail is the greatest thing a single guy could do. What sort of retail do you work in?

I don't know if you know much about digitals but what do you think about the camera at the bottom of my most recent entry?

Thanks for the advice. Yea I work retail at a big tourist trap in Boston. So, all the girls I meet are from other places and they are always leaving. So, I dont really get any numbers at work. The only time I do get digits are at bars. And you know about beer goggles etc. My job isnt that cool, but I make a lot of money bc I have been there a while, so I cant really complain. 12 dollars an hour for retail... Any other ideas?

shit $12 for retail, I worked at the Eagle for 2 years making $5.25 until they gave me a .15 raise, man was I living after that. I tried Match.com once as a joke and received 280 hits but I didn't want to pay for the upgrade, the fact that your friend goes on many dates is no wonder since she is a girl but has anything transpired from that other than more dates? The internet "scene" is a joke but my Uncle did meet his current girlfriend of 6 years (A college Dean in NC which he moved down there to be with) but that is so rare. Not only beer goggles but also bar flies. I recently went to the ME Upstairs and that place was barren for halfway decent girls except for this obviously too young for me blonde girl who kept staring at me and when I said nothing to her by the end she stormed by in front of me and shot me this look like I was supposed to court her. What's up with "The Plan"? What about girls at school? What about those girls on your Friendster? What about Amanda, she thinks your cute, anything possible there?
