So here's the canon art I was working on. Click to enlarge. (And sorry I didn't say so before, but constructive criticism is welcome.)

From "Joy in the Morning", when Lady Florence thinks Bertie's going to buy "Spindrift":

From "Bertie Changes His Mind":

(Please disregard any errors regarding the car. It was really hard to find clear images of it from that angle. Oh, and I know it looks too small, it is, but it's also partly because of the angle.)

No specific canon scene, but Bertie's chosen another inappropriate tie. I was trying a new coloring method with this one:

From "Clustering Round Young Bingo" - Bertie's just finished his article for "Milady's Boudoir":

A much as I like doing the more complicated coloring, it can be a pain in the butt. I just wanted to do something very simple.

Now, I absolutely love Stephen and Hugh in their respective roles, and since I saw the show before reading the stories, they completely became my images of the characters. But I decided I wanted to try to come up with what the characters would have looked like to me if I had read the stories first.

There's still a pretty strong Hugh/Stephen influence there, which I'm trying to overcome. I'm still trying to pin their images down in my head, but I only have a sort of vague idea of what they should look like.
