And if he doesn't manage to at least retrieve me from wherever this "Shadow" creature may take me, it will be a failure on his behalf. I'd really like to see that, so I don't think I would mind too much.

While I'm touched by your concern for me, I can assure you that my life is in no danger. You could fire a bullet at my head and I couldn't possibly be safer than in that moment.
