I did not have the opportunity to see everyone I wanted, on this trip. Even though I was in Austin for two weeks, it was pretty busy with work (impossible deadline, now thankfully extended), and home (mom is somewhat recovered from stroke, but the household routine is utterly disrupted).

I did get some good stories though ...

I'll be there Friday, and Saturday night. I can arrange to come back Sunday night, too, although I usually don't go to the BBQ pig-out. It's a high tab for very little I can eat.

But happy to come back for visiting or eating somewhere else!

It was lovely to see you in person! I so adore the depth and richness of LJ, it keeps inching along... I've a passel of introvert pals who still post, but almost all locked entries.
