I'm really bummed right now. I thought I was going to have tonight off, but it turns out I have to go in since they called me. I was really optimistic about not going in tonight and brought my bags inside and everything. There was a bad storm here this morning and apparently a bunch of flights got canceled. I apparently can't read my schedule right, because I thought I was supposed to go back to work tomorrow, but it turns out I don't go back to work until Saturday. I feel like I haven't been at work in weeks, and it's only really been 4 days. I was apparently on call today, and thought it was my day off. I have a dreadful cold that I'm pretty sure is killing me. I can't taste or smell anything, and all of my muscles ache. Day one of my cold was the worst, I couldn't even lift up my little bag that holds my manual in it. I'm hoping that by Saturday the cold will be gone. I've been OD'ing on vitamin C so I guess we will see how that works out.

My eyes sting really really bad. I'm pretty sure my dad smoked about 3 packs of cigarettes this evening. I know people always think it's a joke when I say I'm allergic to smoke, but it's really true. My eyeballs that are currently falling out of the sockets will attest to it ( Read more... )
