Severus was IC nasty to Harry. Not very Slytherin of him was it after all the bragging to Minerva about how Slytherin he is and his worrying about not having a powerful defender left? He really doesn't know Harry at all, does he? I always enjoy those parts of stories where Severus comes to realize just how wrong he was. I know you'll do a great job at that.

Regarding Severus: No, he really doesn't know Harry. Glad you felt him in character here! I have written a scene where Severus learns who Harry is, but that was well before I got going on this story, and it probably needs quite a bit of rewrite.
