Walking Around the Imperial City

[Those traveling to the Imperial City will find a young man dressed in the state robes of the Kingdom of Sawa pushing around a young girl who bears a definite familial resemblence to him in a wheelchair. She is being eager and generally adorable, and the young man seems to actually be genuinely enjoying himself as well

[As Light walks along, he might pass by the Major who has bought a kabob from a nearby store and is now leaning against a wall. Ah, delicacies from the Imperial City... How long has he yearned for it. The Major observes Light passing by and immediately recognizes him as one of the advisers for the King of Sawa, the Emperor's Left Hand. With a mischievous grin, he waves his kabab at Light.]

Guten tag, Herr Yagami.

"Brother he smells funny..."

[Taking a rather large bite out of a cake, Hayate blinks a few times, looking toward the man who called for her brother. She did not recognize him, nor the language he spoke, so instead she looked up toward Light.]

[Light gives Hayate a bit of a concerned look, but says nothing and turns warily to face the Major.]

Good day, Major. I trust the people of Amestris are well?

That's just the blood of innocents on my suit.

[The Major takes a bite out of the chicken on his kabob, swallows, and replies.]

They are as well as can be. Each day is a new conflict, but we Amestrians have grown accustomed to it all. We are content, Herr Yagami.

And the people of Sawa? Does the king that you work for still coddle them?
