[Those traveling to the Imperial City will find a young man dressed in the state robes of the Kingdom of Sawa pushing around a young girl who bears a definite familial resemblence to him in a wheelchair. She is being eager and generally adorable, and the young man seems to actually be genuinely enjoying himself as well]
