[Anybody within Sawa, but Mitsunari especially may hear Light literally running down the halls at about 2 AM. Mitsunari will ESPECIALLY hear when Light arrives at the door to his bedchamber and starts pounding on it]

My lord! Urgent news! The armies of Amestris are on the move!

[Waka was up gazing at the moon when he heard Light running and immediately goes to join him]

[Mitsunari had dozed off at his desk again, so he awakes with a start and rushes to the door]

They what!? When!? Where!?

We just received word from our scouts, so I would imagine no more than a few hours ago. They appear to be heading north, although I don't know what else is there besides Britain, and they have generally been friendly with Amestris.

[He looks somewhat relieved, but still concerned.]

That explains why I sensed nothing... but why would Amestris attack Britain? Britain is a backwater - no offense to Arturia, of course, but there's hardly anything there other than trees!
