I watched the end of Doctor Who season four a day or so ago, and needed some fix-it fic.

I can feel Donna all the way through this. Supertemp. mumble years ago. Bloody good job, she's not easy to capture without falling into caricature.

EEEEE. Yes, please. This is the best kind of fix-it fic - it makes sense (more sense than the finale anyway !!!), it's true to everything we know about the characters, and it's also 2700 words of pure unadulterated happy. Of course Donna fixes it! With filing! I love this so much, and am going to be rereading it forever.

Donna seeing the Doctor as the not-nice, not-sane person he is and seeing clearly and getting it (and also her irresistible urges to insult his hair), that fills me with joy too. The end of this season left me really angry at the Doctor; it is lovely to see Donna working through that, too. So THANK YOU for writing this! :D
