I watched the end of Doctor Who season four a day or so ago, and needed some fix-it fic.

oh yay! this is wonderful, and a little bit terrible (these two together are going to be, hm, glorious, but also terrible) and I love it love it. It's a great way to do a fixit (filing, omg, awesome) because you don't just fix the problem - you do it without ever losing sight of the awful doctor-ness of the doctor and the doctordonna. I got little chills! The gas explosion that isn't a gas explosion! eeeep.

anyway, ramble ramble, this is gorgeous.

I liked this; though I lack the expertise to comment on how it was done well, my instinct is that it was. A++ author, would read again.
