Looks like a meteor shower is going to keep my awake. The Lyrid meteor shower was first observed 27 centuries ago. 27! How could I pass this up?

I added a couple of new user pics tonight. Yes they are all my handiwork--some of my better pictures, to be sure. I think maybe I could spend the rest of my life immersed in photography. Then again I'd need someone to pay for that lifestyle. Any takers?

This has been a bit of a rough week. My uncle had a massive heart attack and died on Saturday morning. It was a horrible experience, and I'm not going to recount the details (for everyone's sake).
