[ Well, the startling Nadeko part would probably be true.. But it happens in this case regardless, considering when Nadeko turns around after staring at a book shelf indecisively for a few moments, she notices the girl and lets out a tiny shriek out of surprise. (After which her face promptly colors red out of embarassment over yelping in the middle of the library of all things.)

In fact, she's so awkward she can't even really say anything. ]
