So, it's that time of year once again. I find that the older I get the less I like my birthday, though I suppose that's a natural reaction, da? My sisters gave me each a gift...well, really only Ukraine gave me a present, she makes the best handmade scarfs. I’m home~
It was a wonderful weekend. I feel so warn out though. I got little sleep and there was much running around, but Francis is very amusing company. It’s not too difficult to put up with his antics, he’s always so eager to please when the mood strikes him~
We should do this more often, Da?

I’m going on ah, what’s the word for it…rendezvous with Francis. When we were younger we had rather pleasant relations at times, and then the incident in 1812 happened…but, I’m not one to hold a grudge~
So, I will be gone all weekend bettering relations. I've never know Francis to be boring~

This seems silly to me. I’ve never been fond of journals. Something so private yet so accessible to others…it makes little sense. Oh well, I suppose this will be amusing though. After all, a few of the other countries are starting to take an interest in this, why shouldn’t I?
