Alyson Noel has recently revealed the title of the 5th book in the series.
Title: Night Star
The release date is unknown at the moment, but I will guess that it's probably going to be released in 2011. -

Shadowland, the third book in The Immortals, will officially be released on November 17, 2009. It will also be released in hardcover. -
