It doesn't take a whole lot of vitamin c to keep from getting scurvy. If you occasionally drink fruit juice, eat fruits/vegetables, or eat sugar cereal, you probably don't have scurvy. If you haven't eaten any of those things in a few weeks, you should probably do that now. Or buy some candy with vitamin c in it. It goes away pretty fast once you start eating vitamin c again.
me too. but I also stepped on rusty nails, climbed old docks, played with sharp metal things I found on the ground near dog shit, &c. So I guess the terror was legitimate and I was stupid.
