I've read some of these, Halo is one of my absolute favorites too! And I'm, too, following Off the Record and the Basket-Weawing Society. :) I haven't read To Burn the Horizon though and Desiderata, and the S.O.S. one, so thank you!

Tricks of the Trade series, over 100k words total, good characterization, tight plot, + awesome prose
A series of exchanges between a pair of talented showmen: mutual torment of a verbose nature, unexpected gifts, and the peculiar honesty of a pair of craftsmen proud of their own work, and willing to admit admiration of another’s. Also featuring: Loki talking his way out of incarceration, Tony Stark making reckless business decisions on a whim, and much much more.
How To Save The World Without Armor, innocent and a little fluffy/cracky :)

Spiting the Sun - this hasn't been updated since December but I'm trying not to lose hope because it's brilliant, sharply written and very in character
“What the hell?” Tony stared. It was Loki up there on the screen, face streaked with dirt and blood, hair tangled, glaring bloody murder into the camera. On his knees, in an ugly too-big t-shirt, looking like he’d been though seven kinds of hell. Loki.
One does not cause mayhem without consequences; Loki takes the plunge and finds himself powerless in an alien and inhospitable part of Midgard. And this is only the beginning of his troubles.
Sin in Silence - this is pretty dark and might be disturbing at times, mind the warnings :)
When someone from the far end of the galaxy shows an interest in Tony's competencies, he is taken by force one night. On his journey he meets a stranger under less than stellar circumstances who may turn out to be not as strange as he would like.
