Title: Sell My Soul
Warnings/Notes: There are some spoilers for Thor, Ironman 1 and 2, and the Avengers, but that should probably be a given coming into this. For
knowmefirst, who probably knew this was the pairing I would choose because I have all the Loki/Tony feels. I hope you enjoy bb!

Spiting the Sun - this hasn't been updated since December but I'm trying not to lose hope because it's brilliant, sharply written and very in character
“What the hell?” Tony stared. It was Loki up there on the screen, face streaked with dirt and blood, hair tangled, glaring bloody murder into the camera. On his knees, in an ugly too-big t-shirt, looking like he’d been though seven kinds of hell. Loki.
One does not cause mayhem without consequences; Loki takes the plunge and finds himself powerless in an alien and inhospitable part of Midgard. And this is only the beginning of his troubles.
Sin in Silence - this is pretty dark and might be disturbing at times, mind the warnings :)
When someone from the far end of the galaxy shows an interest in Tony's competencies, he is taken by force one night. On his journey he meets a stranger under less than stellar circumstances who may turn out to be not as strange as he would like.
Bend Around the Wind - a long (146k words so far) and plotty space fantasy, updated frequently
A few months after the battle of New York the God Loki appears back on Star Tower under chaotic circumstances. This time however he is on the run. Tony Stark gets caught up in the crossfire and is taken along with the Aesir. Can the two of them ever make truce in order to get away? And even if they do, how does one escape from such a dark corner of the universe, when they are so very far away from the Nine Realms, that not even Loki knows the way back home. But first, they need to survive.
Haunted - movie verse with some of the comics carefully mixed in. Usually I don't like the combination but it really works here, IMO
While hiding from Thanos in an Asgardian prison cell, Loki finds himself conversing with the ghost of one of his victims. Meanwhile, in the aftermath of the Chitauri invasion, Tony Stark is still haunted by a few metaphorical ghosts of his own. It will take an uneasy alliance between the two former adversaries to save Loki from enslavement and to bring Tony's life back into focus. Fortunately for them, Agent Coulson is on hand to provide spiritual guidance.
When Rules Change - this is basically an ode to the fanon!Loki (as in, he's sweet, smart, BAMF-y, etc, while all Thor's flaws are exaggerated), lol, but still a fun read: plotty, and with great action scenes. No updates since September though, so read at your own risk :)
Thor and Loki are sent to Earth to negotiate a peace treaty and alliance with humans. To princes amazement, earthlings seem to favor Loki over Thor for some reason...
Lifetime of Lies - I love stories in which Tony attempts magic. :) Only two chapters are up so far, though
Tony has done a lot of stupid things in his life and it is not always just him who pays for it. This time he had no idea who exactly would pay the highest price, how truly high it would be, or that he would regret it so. This was not supposed to happen to him, to Pepper... to Loki. Though Tony can only blame himself for it.
...Um, somehow this comment turned into a novel that wouldn't even fit into LJ posting limit. Lol.
Sorry for the length. I got carried away, but I'm stopping now! :)

I cannot wait to dig into all of these. Between this and Teen Wolf, I'm surprised I'm able to function in RL. I could just live in fic.
Aaaand, the Hand in Mine series I recced is actually a different Loki/Tony fic than what I originally thought it was. I've only read the first part, which I liked, but I can't vouch for the rest of it. Just as a heads up. What I thought I had recced you was The Saga of Hug Fortress. But you should read both anyways. Because, you know, the Loki/Tony. :P
