I'm a Capricorn, too. I'm not sure I want the kind of life that goats scaling vertical dam walls is a metaphor for... even if it does mean that I'm going to be able to summon my 'mountain goat-like power to master seemingly unclimbable heights'...
Everyone is celebrated out by the time my birthday arrives and also everyone's gotten their credit card bills from Christmas. So it's always a quiet thing.
Oh goodness yes. No one should ever wrap anyone's birthday gift in Christmas paper!
Brezny's astrology was a part of my weekly routine at the coffee shop I used to write at. They got a newspaper that carried his weekly column. I haven't looked at his site in years!

Oh why? I have to untie the Gordian knot, not cut it.
I don't know you well enough to do the "*stern look* go refill that Ambien!" thing, or I would. (I'm on it, too, for a thing called "alpha-delta sleep disruption", which translates to waking up every 20 to 30 minutes and not ever getting deep sleep. Miracle drug for me, really. And now generic, which is even better.)
And nothing like not having a refill for an anti-anxiety med to cause anxiety attacks, is there? (BT,DT, more than once.) I really really really hate our medical system. (And I'm one of the lucky ones, at least I have Medicare.)
I thought I would try to sleep without for a bit and it's not going well. I have sleep hypopnea (shallow breathing) and no deep wave sleep when tested. FUN! The insomnia is part of PTSD. So not having ativan or ambien is bad. I will go over there today to get the ambien. I called my shrink again to ask him to get back to me.

Biggest faux-pas you can make with me is to wrap my birthday present in Christmas paper...
