All the posts about the Hogwarts Express are making me feel nostalgic and wistful for the old days in fandom.
My coffee shop is full of new people and I don't like it. I'm very territorial about this place. And sad that the quiet of summer is over and the place will now be crowded with strangers. Such is life in a city with one college and two major universities. I wish I felt more generous and welcoming. I am sure we'll get a few new regulars, probably law students. I've known many Harvard law students over the last eleven years.
I'm not feeling great. My sleep is a mess and I can't seem to get myself to CVS to refill my ambien Rx. My psychiatrist still hasn't returned my call about ativan. He was supposed to be back from vacation on Monday.
A group of what looked like middle schoolers just walked by and one of them was wearing a top hat.
My horoscope this week at freewillastrology is about goats that climb the almost vertical face of a dam to lick mineral salts off.
Apparently this is a metaphor for my life in the coming weeks and yours too, if you're a Capricorn.
