There are advantages to winter. It is a time of restful slumber, a time of pulling in. The blanket of snow outside my window provides a forced hibernation for many animals and plants. I am ready, too. I love Spring. And, oh, man. I am so sick of winter. I hate cold weather and heavy coats.

Spring can be nice. It seems like it started last month in California where it was so warm and the cherry blossoms were in bloom. I'm in Michigan now and it's still winter and snowy here. heh. I liked your imagery.
